This is such a cutie. This top is made from 100% Chiffon and is so soft to wear.  It displays a simple round neck and also has a key hole opening in the back neck.  The front has a feature tie detail that allows the wearer to tighten or loosen the garment as they please.  The sleeves are a peasant type look with elastic around the cuff.
