SHIPPING
What are your delivery options?
 

Peace & Peony have a $6.95 delivery fee to anywhere in New Zealand.

This is the same whether you buy one garment or more.

After placing your order, you wiill recieve an email from us confirming your purchase and also an estimation of the delivery time.

Because we make each garment after the sale is made, there is approximately 2 calander weeks to make product and deliver to you.

We create each garment with precision and love to ensure you receive the very best quality and workmanship.

If rural delivery is required, please note that your item may be delayed by 24 hours.

Please note:

These dates are a guideline only.

We aim to deliver as close to the estimated delivery date as possible.  If there are any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

At present we are a new company establishing recognition in New Zealand first but aim to offer our product to International customers at a later date.

If you are an International viewer and wish to purchase any of our products, please make contact with us via our email info@peaceandpeony.co.nz .

We will meet your requirements as best we can and arrange the suitable shipping with you directly via email correspondence.

What is your returns policy?
 

Thankyou for choosing to shop with our brand.

We are proud of the product we design and create for you and hope that you love P & P garments as much as we do.

To help guide you in making the right decision when purchasing our garments, we have tried to provide as much information as possible, ranging from fabric content information, product images,  and as close to true colour and design details as possible.  We do understand that this can sometimes not be enough  to establish a true representation of the garment.

Therefore, if you need to return a garment, we require a 10 (calander) day return policy, which will include.an exchange or an online store credit note.

When returning garments they must be returned in unworn and originally sold condition and with all tags included..  Any marks (ie. makeup stains or odour) will result in you not being eligible for an exchange.

How do I return an item?
 

IPrior to returning your product, please email:

info@peaceandpeony.co.nz and outline the following:

Date of purchase

Item Name & Description

Reason for the return

Clarification of your request - exchange or online credit note

Tracking number of goods bring returned (Peace & Peony do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit)

Please request our RETURNS delivery address also

Please note:

Return courier charges are NOT covered by Peace & Peony so you MUST provide a tracking number

Upon your products return, it will be inspected and direct feedback will be sent to you promptly.  Once approved, a unique credit note or exchange item will be arranged.

We will do our best to then have a replacement garment made and sent to you within our pre-sale timeframe.

NO refunds will be given unless the item is deemed faulty.

Peace & Peony will firstly repair or replace any faulty garment with a new item, but if this is unsuccessful, a refund will be processed within 3 working days.

Please ensure before logging a Returns request that you have read and understood the detailed conditions above.
